Standard Community Rules & License Contract | Effective as of September 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or registering with the Picxera mobile application or website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not consent to all conditions contained herein, please discontinue using the service immediately.
1. 100% Content & IP Ownership
You retain full intellectual property ownership of every photograph, video clip, and visual creation you publish on Picxera. Your art remains exclusively yours.
2. License for Network Distribution
By posting content to public feeds or 24-hour stories, you grant Picxera a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license solely for the technical purpose of hosting, caching, displaying, and distributing your media to your followers across the network.
3. Ephemeral 24-Hour Story Dynamics
Stories published as 24-hour ephemeral content automatically vanish upon expiration. Picxera does not guarantee permanent archival of ephemeral stories once the 24-hour cycle concludes.
4. Strict Community Safety & Zero Tolerance
Picxera is a positive haven for artists and creators. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, non-consensual imagery, or targeted intimidation will result in immediate and permanent account suspension.
5. Copyright & Intellectual Property Respect
You agree not to upload photographs or media that infringe upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary rights. Repeated copyright violations will lead to account termination under DMCA guidelines.
6. Prohibited Automated Bot Activity & Scraping
The deployment of automated scrapers, bot rings, mass-like scripts, credential harvesting, or attempts to reverse-engineer the Picxera camera APK and API endpoints is strictly prohibited.
7. In-App Creator Monetization & Subscriptions
Optional creator subscriptions (such as Picxera Creator Pro or custom AI preset packs) are governed directly by Apple App Store or Google Play Store billing agreements and auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours prior.
8. Account Security & User Responsibility
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and password. Picxera cannot be held liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
9. Age Eligibility Requirement
Users must be at least 13 years of age to register an account and participate in the Picxera visual social network. Accounts registered by underage users will be terminated upon discovery.
10. Limitation of Liability & Service Availability
Picxera is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure from unforeseen server outages.
11. Modification of Terms & Services
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Picxera app following policy updates constitutes your formal acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Legal Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by applicable international technology and digital commerce regulations. Any legal disputes or claims shall be resolved through binding arbitration or local jurisdiction support channels.
